Gushengtang Traditional Chinese Medicine Chain Management Group (hereinafter referred to as "Gushengtang") was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Guangzhou, China. It is a leading TCM medical chain service enterprise in China. On December 10, 2021, Gushengtang was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 2273.HK), becoming the "first listed company among TCM medical chain service institutions." Since its establishment, Gushengtang has always adhered to the motto of "conscientious doctors, trusted medicines," providing convenient and high-quality TCM services to the public. Through "Internet+" and AI technologies, Gushengtang empowers medical services and has successfully built an OMO service model combining online and offline services, further bringing high-quality medical resources from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen to counties, towns and villages, helping address the uneven distribution of quality medical resources and meeting more patients' healthcare needs.

As of the end of 2025, Gushengtang has opened 101 offline TCM clinics in 21 cities across China and Singapore, with its online and offline service network covering more than 340 cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Gushengtang has more than 43,000 licensed TCM physicians, including 8 national master physicians of TCM practicing in clinics — the largest number among private TCM medical institutions — and has served more than 24 million patient visits cumulatively.

The company continues to advance medical alliance construction and TCM talent development. As of the end of 2025, Gushengtang has established medical alliance partnerships with renowned TCM hospitals and universities including Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, Wangjing Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine, Longhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, and Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a total of 42 partner institutions. In talent development, Gushengtang has established 147 master physician heritage studios and built a TCM talent team spanning three generations of "senior, middle and young" practitioners. In 2025, 48 full-time physicians at Gushengtang successfully achieved professional title promotions, demonstrating the significant effectiveness of its talent development system. Through deepening medical alliance cooperation and physician team building, Gushengtang continuously promotes the downward extension of quality TCM medical resources and improves the accessibility of TCM services.

Great companies are products of trends, and even more so, the results of what people truly want. The birth of Gushengtang was precisely in response to the needs of the times. Since childhood, I have seen many relatives and friends fall into hardship because of illness. As the child of a farming family, I deeply understand the helplessness farmers feel when they fall ill. They dare not seek medical care, preferring to endure illness on their own rather than walk through the doors of big hospitals, and they are often exploited by private hospitals. The hardships of people at the bottom of society moved me greatly. Relieving pain and suffering for countless people — that is the greatest original intention behind my founding of Gushengtang. Our generation was deeply influenced by traditional martial arts novels; the spirit of chivalry runs in our blood. The greatest chivalry is to serve the country and the people. Using the power of business to relieve people's pain and suffering — that is the spirit of the chivalrous hero in the new era. "Conscientious doctors, trusted medicines" — Gushengtang's motto reflects our original intention. When inviting physicians to join us, we value medical skill, but place even greater emphasis on medical ethics. In the TCM profession, skill and ethics complement each other.
